VPN Network OS Privacy Policy If you use Telegram, we store your raw Telegram user ID and, when Telegram provides them, username and language metadata to operate your account. If you pay by card, we store Stripe customer, subscription and payment identifiers needed for settlement, renewal, cancellation, refund, dispute and idempotency handling; a provider-neutral browser account may exist without a Telegram ID. We store device labels and one-way hashes of device identifiers, keyed hashes of browser access, refresh, session and subscription tokens, entitlement records, traffic-period and traffic-accounting data, and security/audit records. We do not store raw Happ device IDs, raw session tokens, raw refresh tokens, or raw subscription tokens. When an account is closed, active credentials and VPN authority are revoked and username/language profile metadata is cleared. Provider identity, billing and audit identifiers are retained as limited anti-reopen, fraud, chargeback, refund and financial records rather than erased in a way that could recreate trial or payment authority. These records are kept in Bunny Database and are not described as anonymous identifiers.
